Qualifications

• RN license active in Ohio and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in hospital, skilled nursing, or related care setting preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs; read/write/speak English; knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ well-being and guide care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and nursing treatments per policy and physician orders.
• Monitor activities of daily living and coordinate schedules for resident activities.
• Document assessments and care in the EMR with accurate, timely notes.
