Episcopal Retirement Services is hiring a licensed LPN for the Marjorie P. Lee residence in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on resident-centered care with supportive team coordination and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or approved RN training and active LPN license in Ohio.
• Prefer hospital or acute skilled nursing experience.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines for long-term care.
• Willing to communicate with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Promote residents’ well-being by resident-centered care and the plan of care with the team.
• Administer medications and nursing procedures per established policies and standards.
• Maintain narcotic records and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Document assessments and progress in the EMR and ensure timely charting.
