Job summary

Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
- Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects.
- Documents physician orders and transcribes as required.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
- Participates in admissions, discharges and transfers.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
