Episcopal Retirement Services in Cincinnati is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Marjorie P. Lee unit, full-time, 7pm–7am. Join a culture with supportive ratios, opportunities for growth, and award-winning teamwork.

This role focuses on resident-centered care, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and the household team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Formación

• Must have RN degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved RN training program with current, active Ohio RN license.
• Prefer hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations related to long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Promote residents’ well-being and satisfaction by supporting resident-centered care and coordinating the plan of care with the resident and family.
• Model and ensure nursing care meets resident preferences and achieves high clinical outcomes.
• Administer medications and nursing treatments; ensure orders followed and narcotic records are accurate.
• Provide IV therapy, catheterization, dressing changes and other standard nursing procedures.
• Monitor residents’ daily living activities and coordinate schedules to support participation.
• Document assessments and progress in the EMR; ensure care plans reflect patient response.
• Perform administrative duties and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and medical staff to support quality care.
• Assist with activity programs and community engagement for residents.
• Uphold person-centered care philosophy and support resident autonomy.
