Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a STNA/Versatile Worker for Marjorie P. Lee in Cincinnati, part-time 3p-11p. The role involves resident care, mobility assistance, and helping maintain a safe and uplifting living environment under supervision of the Household team.

Qualifications

• Is Ohio State tested nurse aide and listed as active on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry (ERS may be willing to provide training).
• Able to assist residents and move equipment, which may require lifting, pushing, or moving 50 lbs on a regular basis and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Has the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Attends to all resident personal care needs, including grooming, hygiene, dining and mobility.
• Provides resident care, life enrichment, dining support and assistance to residents.
• Responds to residents’ requests and reports changes to the household nurse.
• Plans, coordinates and supports activity programs and household events.
