Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in this state.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care for residents.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Knowledge of nursing practices and laws for care facilities.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to work harmoniously with others.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds, wound care and procedures.
• Supervise and direct assigned STNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor care quality and identify improvements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervision.
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for care quality.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
