Job summary

FutureCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents with a hands-on approach and compassionate support. The RN will uphold the highest standards of practice while contributing to better health outcomes for residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36.00–$44.00 per hour with shift differentials, plus an excellent benefits package, tuition reimbursement, PTO, a career growth ladder, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous experience in acute or long-term care is a plus
• Must possess a current CPR license

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
