Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in acute or long-term care is a plus.
• CPR license required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice aligns with State and Federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation or treatment as documented in nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily nursing care to meet care plans.
• Implement physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.
