Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years of hire.
• Current RN license in Washington or MLS endorsement.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department.
• TNCC/LNPC/PEARS within 1 year as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate nursing functions across populations.
• Utilize the nursing process for health teaching and prevention of illness.
• Function interdependently when executing medical regimens under physician direction.
• Collaborate to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse license

Advanced Nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred

BLS Certification

ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days

TNCC, LNPC, PEARS within 1 year
