Job summary

Public speaking to large groups and networking with nursing faculty will be routine. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in recruitment/HR, experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recruitment/HR experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and develop a pool of qualified applicants for openings.
• Select new employees and transfers to work in Piedmont Healthcare System facilities.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition team to fill open positions and build pipelines using creative sourcing methods.
