TriStar Horizon Medical Center is offering a Nursing Residency Program to help new graduates transition to registered nursing with hands-on clinical experiences in multiple specialties. The program includes structured learning experiences, simulations, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações
- BLS within 30 days of employment.
- ACLS within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse License in the State.
- No previous experience required.
Responsabilidades
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or functions as ordered and document care.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
- Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
