TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville offers a year‑long RN Residency to help you transition from student nurse to registered nurse, with hands‑on experience and mentorship.

You will rotate through specialties such as Emergency, Critical Care, Inpatient Rehab, PCU and Med Surg, supported by nurse educators and a facility preceptor.

This paid program provides education sessions, simulations, and projects to enhance clinical judgment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• New graduates are welcome; no prior RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and provide proactive care.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
