Qualifications
- BLS within 30 days of employment required.
- ACLS within 1 year of employment required.
- RN license orGraduate Nurse status in the state required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- No prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; identify and report changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; document care in medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and notify provider of issues.
- Provide prompt, exceptional care by responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
- Educate patients and families about condition, plan, meds, side effects, and follow-up.
