Job summary

You will gain advanced clinical training, participate in monthly sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient care during a structured year-long residency.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of employment.
• No prior experience required; travel may be needed for training.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care as part of the RN Residency Program.
• Assess patient condition on admission and during each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and notify providers as needed.
• Provide teaching to patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, plans, and medications.
