HCA Healthcare in the Kansas City area is offering a RN Residency program at Research Medical Center for new graduate nurses transitioning to registered nurses. This year-long paid program includes hands-on training, mentorship, and structured learning experiences.

You will gain advanced clinical exposure, participate in education sessions, and complete an evidence-based project under guidance of experienced nurse educators and leaders.

Formación

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
• No previous experience needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as ordered; document care.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor response and notify provider if needed.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and respond to requests.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
