Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency program beginning February or March 2027. The program supports new graduates with education, mentorship, and blended learning experiences to transition into professional nursing.

Opportunities span Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac Progressive Care, Critical Care, Emergency, OR, and more. Staff RN responsibilities include delivering comprehensive care and coordinating teams within Georgia's healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills and effective communication are required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff.
• Follow organizational policies and ensure quality and safety in care.
