• RN Residency requires a nursing degree and valid SC license.
• Certification in BLS within 30 days of employment; ACLS within 1 year may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and other orders; document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and anticipate patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
