As an RN Resident, you will work with dedicated nurse educators and a supportive team, preparing for independent practice in a dynamic hospital in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment
• ACLS within 1 year of employment
• Other Certifications may be required during employment
• Nursing degree (ADN/BSN) required
• South Carolina RN license or graduate nurse status required
• No previous experience required
• Some travel may be needed for training

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other orders; document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses; notify provider of adverse effects.
• Provide timely, empathetic care and respond to patient requests; anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps.

Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in South Carolina
