Qualifications

• BLS current or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS required within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in South Carolina.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, reporting status changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response.
• Document care in the medical record promptly and accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
