You will participate in advanced clinical training, educational sessions, preceptorships, and project work, all within a supportive nursing community focused on patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• BLS required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS required within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• RN license or Graduate Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Travel may be required for training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with transitions from student nurse to licensed nurse.
• Follow nursing models and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in education sessions and preceptorships.
• Contribute to team-based care with mentors and leaders.
