The program emphasizes advanced clinical training, monthly education sessions, preceptorship, simulations, and collaboration with experienced nurse leaders to ensure a smooth transition into practice.

Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Other Certifications may be required during employment.
• RN license or graduate nurse in the state of Florida.
• Florida RN license or eligibility to practice in the state.
• No prior nursing experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Translate complex medical terminology for patient understanding.
