WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a Long-Term Care unit. This role suits an RN with SNF/LTC background or a Charge Nurse ready to move into management, focused on quality care and resident outcomes.

You will oversee clinical care, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive care planning and documentation. Join a stable team with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred.
