Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Experience in SNF or long-term care settings.
• Proven leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
• Understanding of CMS/state regulations and care quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical care on an assigned unit.
• Lead and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and CMS regulations.
• Participate in care planning, admissions, and documentation.
• Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
