Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non‑licensed nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
• Participate in care planning, admissions, and clinical documentation.
• Support infection control, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident‑centered care.
