Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit

• Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non‑licensed nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience preferred

• Strong clinical leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills

• Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred
