Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor in New Jersey to lead the clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care. The role focuses on fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where residents feel cared for and staff feel valued.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, rounds, and patient care activities
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
