Job summary

Complete Care, based in New Jersey, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and supervise medication administration on your shift.

Requirements include an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an active New Jersey RN license, and PCC experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
