Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high‑quality care.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff education, and adherence to regulatory guidelines, with a schedule that includes part‑time hours and alternating weekends. This position supports a compassionate, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required
• Computer knowledge and PCC proficiency

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws and patient care tasks
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift
• Provide education to staff, residents and family members as needed
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications
