Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment.

The RN Supervisor will oversee rounds, monitor medications, and provide ongoing staff education while upholding regulatory standards and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• 1+ year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and other patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
