Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and coordinate resident care. You will oversee care planning, ensure delivery of high-quality nursing services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience in Skilled Nursing with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CT RN license.
• Able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize resources for counseling and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needs change.
