Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor on a per diem basis to lead our nursing team and maintain high standards of care. You will oversee care plans, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure residents receive exceptional nursing services.

The role requires an active CT RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years in Skilled Nursing with supervisory experience. Weekend shifts and 3P-11P / 7A-3P patterns apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in CT.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager or Supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Implement resident-centered care plans.
• Utilize resources for counseling and discharge planning.
• Adjust care plans with healthcare professionals as needs change.
