Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff, including onboarding, in-service, and continuing education training
Conduct regular audits and assessments of patient care practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address gaps in care
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care protocols and standards
Provide mentorship and coaching to new staff members, providing guidance and support to help them integrate into our team
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
BSN degree or higher in Nursing
Prior experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
