Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing training.
• Conduct audits to identify care gaps and implement improvement steps.
• Collaborate to develop patient care protocols and standards.
• Provide mentorship to new staff and support team integration.
• Stay current with best practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
