Job summary

Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Educator to lead orientation and ongoing staff education for our skilled nursing team. You will collaborate with the DON/ADON and department leaders to build competencies and uphold resident-centered care.

You will coach CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, conduct skills check-offs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to elevate clinical performance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing/long-term care strongly preferred.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Organized, energetic, and committed to resident-centered care.

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, Pennsylvania! We are seeking a talented and dedicated RN Educator to support clinical excellence throughout our skilled nursing facility. As an RN Educator, you will lead orientation and onboarding for new clinical staff, provide ongoing education and skills training, and assist with quality improvement initiatives. About the Role:

As an RN Educator at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing education, skills training, onboarding, and ongoing competency development for nursing staff. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and department leaders to ensure staff are confident, prepared, and delivering high-quality resident care.
