Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate activities during weekends and holidays. The RN will use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions.

Collaboration with physicians and other clinicians is essential to plan and implement patient care across units. BSN preferred and active RN licensure required with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required based on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
