Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an RN for night shift to supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care on the unit. The role requires active RN licensure and up-to-date certifications as applicable. The RN will work with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality, safe patient care and may take on additional duties as assigned.

Degree in Nursing is required, with BSN preferred. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be needed depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; RN licensure active.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
