Job summary

Ro Health, LLC in Arizona is seeking Registered Nurses to support school-based pediatric care. The RN will manage students with chronic conditions, provide first aid and emergency care, and develop emergency plans.

The role is on-site in the Chandler/Queen Creek area with a Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal candidates hold an active AZ nursing license, CPR/BLS certification, TB test, and IVP clearance; pediatric and trach experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona nursing license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• TB test valid within 1 year.
• Trach experience highly preferred.
• Pediatric experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of students with chronic conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding health status and follow-up care.
• Position requires standing, walking, sitting for long periods and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.

Position Details:

• Location: 85298 - Chandler, Queen Creek, Gilbert
• Positions Available:
• Full-time & Per-Diem (flexibility required)
• Schedule: M-F, roughly 7:00am-3:30pm (subject to change based on case)
• Target Contract Date: ASAP
• No holidays or weekends

• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years nursing experience
• Active, Arizona nursing license (Required)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required - can obtain during onboarding)
• CPR/BLS Certification Red Cross/AHA (Required - No online courses accepted)
• Valid TB Test (Required - valid within 1 year)
• Trach experience (Highly Preferred)
• Pediatric experience (Highly Preferred)
• Physical Demands: This position requires employees to use their hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The position may require lifting, bending, and crouching. The employee will occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.
