Job summary

Ro Health is seeking licensed RNs to support students in San Mateo, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions include in-person, per diem and full-time options with a Monday–Friday schedule and immediate start.

You will care for students with chronic conditions, coordinate with families and school staff, and maintain health records. Training provided includes seizure management, insulin administration, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active CA State RN License is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Current negative TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for students with chronic health conditions in collaboration with healthcare providers, teachers and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations.
• Deliver first aid and emergency care.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Position Overview:

• Location: San Mateo, CA and surrounding areas (Flexibility is essential)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary); PRN to start
• Pay Rate: $42-50/hour
• Start Date: Immediate
• Type: In-person, per diem and full time
