Job summary

Ro Health is seeking qualified RN/LPN nurses to work in Wisconsin schools. The in-person position offers FT M-F or PRN schedules with competitive compensation.

Schedules are designed to complement your lifestyle, with commuter benefits and opportunities for professional development, including support to obtain a school nurse services credential. LPNs are paid $30–$35 hourly and RNs $36–$40 hourly, with benefits such as PTO, health coverage, and 401K eligibility.

Qualifications

• WI state RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current negative TB test result required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
