Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will deliver clinical leadership, assess changes in residents' conditions, administer medications, and supervise staff in a quiet overnight setting.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $32.65–$42.85, night shift differential, and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care during the overnight hours.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote a calm, safe, and healing environment.
