1. Providing routine and complex nursing care using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
2. Addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, providing education, and ensuring safety.
3. Planning for patient throughput, discharge, and transfer to facilitate flow, and managing unit operations, staffing, and equipment.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations to promote a safe environment and quality care.
5. Maintaining accurate health information documentation, processing medical orders, and interpreting patient charts.

Qualifications:

• BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certification within specified timelines.
