Demonstrates proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based nursing processes. Skilled in managing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administers medications, monitors treatments, and documents comprehensive patient information. Provides education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans. Participates in patient throughput, discharge planning, and unit operations, maintaining safety and quality standards. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains equipment, and supports continuous improvement. Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Per diem, with flexible scheduling.
