About the Role

At Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care provider specializing in one-on-one care in the home, we do things differently. We focus on quality care without the chaos of hospital settings, allowing you to work with autonomy and make a real difference in your clients' lives. Schedule

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. PRN days/nights. Care for a 1-year-old boy with a Trach and G-tube.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication as per physician orders
• Perform physician-ordered treatments including:
• Nutrition via feeding tube
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning (nasal, oral, endotracheal)
• Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and management

Requirements

• Current, active Texas RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (must be obtained in-person)
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
