Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater is seeking a Pool RN at Morton Plant Hospital. This full-time, in-person role supports Endoscopy services with shifts 6:30 PM - 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM and on-call duties, with occasional weekend work.

You will provide independent patient care using the nursing process, delegate tasks to the healthcare team, and uphold professional accountability and development. Requires 2 years of RN experience; Endoscopy/PACU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care setting is desirable.

Summary:

The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Responsible for professional accountability and development

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

Preferred

experience includes at least 1 year of PACU or Procedural RN experience. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Endoscopy for consideration.
