Job summary

Integrity Placement Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Gastroenterology/Endoscopy. You will provide patient care throughout the endoscopy process including admission, pre-procedure assessment, IV placement, procedural support, recovery, med administration and discharge education.

The role requires a Florida RN license and ACLS (or ability to obtain), at least 1 year of OR/procedural nursing experience, and GI/endoscopy or PACU experience is preferred. Flexibility for PRN shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN License.
• ACLS Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of OR/procedural nursing experience.
• GI/Endoscopy, ambulatory surgery, admitting, or PACU experience preferred.
• IV insertion, medication administration, and patient monitoring experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts based on Center needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, vital signs, IV insertion, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
• Assist physicians during GI/endoscopy procedures.
• Prepare and maintain procedure and recovery areas and equipment.
• Follow patient safety, infection prevention, OSHA, medication, and emergency protocols.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and specimen handling.
• Support admitting, procedure room, and recovery functions as needed.

Join a collaborative healthcare team providing high-quality care in a professional Gastroenterology/Endoscopy setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN.

The Position:

The RN will provide patient care throughout the endoscopy process, including admission, pre-procedure assessment, IV placement, procedural support, recovery, medication administration, and discharge education. The RN will work closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Salary - $40 to $45 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Wednesdays from 6:30am to 5pm
• Flexible scheduling based on procedure volume, staffing, and Center operations
• Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week
