Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking experienced emergency room nurses to join our staffing resource pool in Florida. This 13-week, full-time assignment covers a single hospital with a 3x12 hour shift block, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend. Roles are pool-based with hourly pay, and travel flexibility is valued.

Candidates must hold an RN license with ASN, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and have at least 2 years of ER RN experience. Cerner EMR experience preferred; CEN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS (AHA) certifications.
• ASN (Associate degree in nursing) is required.
• 2 years RN experience in an acute ER setting is required.
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred.
• CEN certification preferred.
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts.
• Travel Nurse experience preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability for pool assignments.

Position Details:

• System Pool: 13-week full time assignment for single hospital- unit provided schedule (3x12 hour shifts with every other weekend) block scheduling not available.

• Status: Pool, hourly

• Shift Hours: 645pm-715am

• Weekend Work: Every Other

• On Call: No

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license

• BLS, ACLS and PALS(AHA)

• Associate degree in nursing (ASN)

• 2 years current RN experience in an acute ER setting is required.

• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred.

• CEN certification preferred

• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts
