Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater seeks a Registered Nurse for ER Seasonal Pool Mid Shift with the Staffing Resource Office (SRO). The role supports November–February deployments on a 10:45 AM to 11:15 PM schedule, across health-system sites as needed. Eligibility requires living more than 150 miles and ability to show proof of residence.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing.
• 2+ years RN ER hospital experience.
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER.
• Support staffing rotations and assignments under SRO guidelines.

Requirements:

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
• 2-years' RN current experience in a hospital ER
• BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS and PALS certifications American Heart Association
