Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the PACU team at Mease Dunedin Hospital in the Town of Florida. This role involves caring for patients using the nursing process and collaborating with healthcare teams. The position requires at least 2 years of RN experience, with preferred experience in PACU or critical care.

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Mease Dunedin Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS Certification is required
• Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
