Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate health services.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota, a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred), and willingness to work 8-hour day shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care in accordance with standards.
