Job Duties
The RN Care Manager in the ED works with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop a plan of care for each assigned patient from admission through discharge. Ensure the patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care through assessments and evaluations. Assess and respond to patient and family needs by coordinating efforts of other team members. Identify and resolve barriers that hinder effective patient care.
A flexible RN opportunity with a 4-day work week! This position is full-time, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly. Three (3) years of RN work experience is required. Union, yes.
The successful candidate will work in the Emergency Room, closely collaborating with the ED interdisciplinary team to support the Emergency Room patient population.

Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years-Nursing (Required)
Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN
